Stonehouse Town Council is a consultee on planning applications within Stonehouse but does not decide whether to permit applications or not.

Once a decision has been made by Stroud District Council on an application, it is removed from Stonehouse Town Council’s consultations list.

Stonehouse Town Council considers responses to planning consultations at meetings of the Town Environment Committee. Please see our meetings page for dates of meetings, agendas and minutes.  Members of the public are welcome to attend and 15 minutes are set aside at the start of each meeting for questions or information about items on the agenda
