Pre-application Public Consultation – Land Northwest Stonehouse

Pegasus Group are holding a public consultation is being held to provide further information and to seek the views of the local community regarding a proposed development on land to the north of Great Oldbury. An application is being prepared for outline planning permission for up to 700 dwellings, a primary school (if required), associated infrastructure, open space, landscaping, and access, on land northwest of Stonehouse. All details relating to
appearance, access, landscaping, layout and scale will be reserved for future consideration (through Reserved Matters applications).

The purpose of this consultation is to seek the views of the community at an early stage to inform ongoing planning application work.
The enclosed leaflet provides further information on the proposed scheme and is being sent to 367 dwellings and businesses within the vicinity of the site by Royal Mail, to advise the local community about the public consultation.

The consultation is taking place between Friday 12th February and Friday 12th March 2021, to seek the views of the local community on the proposals. Further details can also be found on the consultation website at:
