Please see plans below for temporary changes to parking restrictions. These will be in place until 28th February 2021. Twenty minutes parking will be permitted temporarily in an area near to Wynn’s Café and Harry Daniels. The Temporary Road Restriction has been funded by the re-opening High Streets Safely funding distributed by Stroud District Council.
Six planters, to be constructed by Share and Repair Stonehouse, will be placed further up from the temporary parking bay. The scheme will improve the streetscape, air quality and biodiversity in the High Street, making it more welcoming for shoppers and residents. The businesses nearby have been consulted and are supportive. Stonehouse Town Council is funding the planters.
